What we collect

For dog-owner interest, we collect your name, email address, postcode area and preferred type of location. For host enquiries, we may also collect your organisation, role, proposed site and information you choose to provide about it.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to assess demand, evaluate possible pilot locations and respond to the pilot or site-assessment request you made.

How long we keep it

We review pilot-research details regularly and delete them when they are no longer needed. We will not keep an unanswered expression of interest for longer than 12 months after the pilot research ends unless we have a legal reason or your permission to do so.

Your choices and rights

Submitting a form is voluntary and does not create a purchase, hosting or investment commitment. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, withdraw your contact permission, or ask what information we hold. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the free-text field.
