We plan to provide warm water, measured dog wash products, rinsing and drying within the paid cycle. Bring your dog on a secure lead, a few familiar treats and a towel for the journey home—especially for a thick or double coat.

You know your dog best.
You remain with your dog and control each stage. Keep them secured and supervised throughout.
Let nervous dogs investigate the space first. Start water and dryer settings gradually, using treats and your normal calm cues.
Never force the wash. Stop if your dog becomes distressed, unwell or uncomfortable; this is not veterinary or grooming advice.
Ramp, tub dimensions and suitability for very large, very small or mobility-limited dogs will be confirmed with the selected equipment.
Drying is intended to remove much of the water, not necessarily leave every coat completely dry. A towel for the car is sensible.
